My Coaching System

The coaching system I created, the B.E.G.I.N. System is applicable to business and life. Here’s how it works:

  • Becoming marks the start of your journey. Business-wise, you recognize your intelligence, your wealth of knowledge, and your expertise in a specific area. On the personal side, however, you sense that something in your life isn't quite right, prompting you to acknowledge the need for change. You may already know what needs changing but need guidance, support, and accountability to make the change.

  • Evaluation begins with questions - questions you ask yourself.

    An example of a business startup questions might be: “What am I knowledgeable about and what are people always seeking my advice about and will people pay me to share or teach my knowledge?”

    An example life change question might be: “Where do I feel out of balance in my life?” Or, “What would really make me happy at this stage in my life?

  • Now, we’re ready to start on the path of making it happen.

    You need to come up with a business idea for which you have knowledge and expertise, which you’ll enjoy sharing with others and, having them pay you for the sharing.

    You’ve decided what must change in your life so that you are happy, content, and balanced. You are going to create a life-changing goal.

  • You’ll initiate the change you must make by taking concrete action.

    This is where the rubber meets the road!

    You’re going to verbalize and write down concrete action steps which lead to achievement of your business and/or life goal.

    And even if you’re afraid, feel the fear and do it anyway!

  • Regardless of what happens, never give up.

    You may have to alter your course or take a brief pause (because life happens) but you must never give up on yourself.

    Once you achieve your goal, it may or may not look like it did when you originally started your quest for greatness but guess what? Who cares! You made it girl!cription
